2. Services Provided

DreamElect Logistics provides administrative and support services for trucking companies and independent truck drivers, including but not limited to:

  • Truck Dispatching
  • IFTA Reporting
  • Truckers Accounting
  • Document Dispatch
  • Trucking Paperwork Management

We are not a motor carrier and do not own or operate any trucks. We act as an independent service provider assisting trucking professionals.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information for dispatching, reporting, and documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Ensure your trucks, drivers, and operations are legally authorized to operate.
  • Be responsible for all operational, safety, and compliance obligations.

4. Payment Terms

  • All services are billed according to the agreed-upon pricing plan.
  • Payments are due as per the invoice terms. Late payments may incur additional charges.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed services.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • DreamElect Logistics is not liable for accidents, delays, cargo claims, DOT violations, or operational issues arising from client activities.
  • Our liability is limited strictly to the administrative services we provide.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business documents, financial data, and operational records. We will not disclose your information except as required by law.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Client fails to pay for services.
  • Client engages in unlawful or fraudulent activities.
  • Client provides false or misleading information.
